With rapid growth and unorganized business management, Casey invested in Team SU to help her build out systems to support her business. Our goal in building out ClickUp for Casey was to create a one-stop shop for her overall business management. We focused on creating team training and onboarding systems and creating a place for streamlined business management to allow for seamless business operations and growth.

Organized Business Management
As Casey’s business was experiencing rapid growth, she found that it became difficult to stay organized. With pieces of her business in many places such as Google Drive, Airtable, ClickUp, and more, it was overwhelming to retrieve information and manage her business.
In addition, she was spending time hopping around from platform to platform trying to locate and retrieve business information. She also would find multiple versions of the same document and sometimes wasn’t even able to locate what she was looking for.
Although she was already using ClickUp to track her leads and clients, her system became messy and her team found it hard to keep up with all of the moving pieces of lead and client management.
With ClickUp, we were able to build out important pieces of Casey’s business operations. We built out a streamlined lead and client management system for Casey to manage leads. In addition, we cleaned up and further systemized the lead and client journey process in ClickUp. To do this, we built out automated subtasks for lead check-ins and client follow-ups to support lead nurture and client reactivation.
We built out numerous resources such as a home for recurring task management and places to track and manage sales. With everything consolidated into ClickUp, we were able to completely eliminate Airtable to allow for more streamlined business management.
Streamlined Team Onboarding + Management
With so much of her business in so many different places, Casey had a difficult time onboarding and training team members. Because she was spending so much of her time training team and working with clients, there wasn’t any time left for Casey to work on creating systems to support her team.
She was acting as the bottleneck in her business because her team wasn’t able to easily retrieve information or find answers to questions without asking Casey directly due to a lack of systems.
With this in mind, we focused on building out ClickUp to support Casey’s team onboarding, training, and overall management system. To do this we created a ClickUp Space dedicated to team training where Casey can map out every step in her training process. We also created an SOP Manual for Casey’s team to be able to easily locate processes and information.
We also built systems to support her team hiring and onboarding process. This included creating application forms directly in ClickUp to allow for a seamless process for reviewing and managing applications. We also built out automations for Casey to manage those applicants at every step in the process.
After working with us, Casey has been able to run her business with ease by having a one-stop shop for business management. She says that her favorite part has been what ClickUp has “done for me personally and the weight it’s taken off my shoulders”.
For example, for the first time ever, she has had a front desk manager follow through and complete lead nurture tasks. Due to a streamlined lead and client management system in ClickUp, Casey’s team knows exactly what lead management tasks need to be completed and when.
Furthermore, they also know exactly how to complete these tasks due to processes all living in one place. In addition, Casey has been able to reactivate past clients through systemized follow-ups and check-ins!
Casey no longer has to spend time searching for information in multiple places because “everything has a place and I know exactly where to go”. Her team also has easy access to things and knows exactly where to reference information as needed.
Casey also says that since her ClickUp Setup, her “mental state is so much more lifted” and she feels such a “relief of organization”. Through systemizing Casey’s business in ClickUp, she is truly able to run her business with more ease and efficiency.
