Within ClickUp, we created systems for team KPIs, meeting agendas, password management, and more.

Once we had the team optimized, we used ClickUp’s Dashboard feature to set up a team management dashboard. This allows Amanda to quickly get a pulse on team performance and projects.

Seamless Team Management 

With so many different client processes, Amanda's team needed optimized systems to retrieve information. For this, we built an SOP Manual system where they can store processes for each specific client.

We then created a dedicated resource hub within each client project to store all the information associated with one client.
