This role loves learning new things and solving problems. We are looking for someone who is going to take initiative in their work, challenge the way we think, we implement, and recommend strategies and BETTER ways we can work with our clients to provide an even better experience for them!

This role will be working internally within our company as well as externally with our ClickUp Setup Clients.

Job Description

・Assisting The Director of Client Success In Onboarding + Offboarding Tasks When Necessary
・Evaluating Monthly Personal KPIs Within
The Company
・Attending Strategy Calls


・Providing Team Updates On Status Of
Client Projects
・Updating & communicating with clients in general on the progress of the VIP ClickUp Setup


・Manage Personal Inbox
・Communicate With ClickUp Setup Clients + Director Of Client Success
・Complete Tasks Associated With Client Setups


✅ Sampling of tasks

・Inbox 0 at the end of the day
・No questions go unanswered by clients for more than a 24 hour period
・Client ClickUp Setup Complete Within Timeline
・All Tasks Are Delivered To Manager Within Timeline
・Positive Feedback/Testimonial Given for ClickUp Setup
・Team updates are given on a weekly basis

📈 Success Metrics for this role

・Monitor, organize, and respond to emails from company email inboxes 
・Internal Client Tasks 
・Attending Strategy Calls
・Assisting the Director of Client Success in onboarding + offboarding tasks when necessary
・Actively setting up our VIP ClickUp Setups for clients
・Updating of the client dashboard
・Updating & communicating with clients in general on the progress of the VIP ClickUp Setup
・Owning the internal client SOP creation and management process 
・Assisting the Director of Client Success in looking for more efficient ways to set up the client management ClickUp Space

🔨 Responsibilities

You can work effectively with guidelines and are a self-starter - Google is your BFF because you naturally take initiative.
Detail-oriented and efficient are words that describe you - you get joy out of finishing projects!

You LOVE self-improvement exercises [a huge part of Team SU is to constantly be improving as a person outside of work].
You can start out with 10-15 hours a week, but have room to grow as our business is steadily growing.
You are a team player who goes above and beyond to achieve a goal.
Words like community, systemization, and market research make you smile really big.
You enjoy talking with people, giving/getting directions and are able to do it with love + empathy… even if you’re having a horrible day.

You love working with a variety of people + find joy in bringing systemization to our clients.
You are ready to learn more about systems, developing community, working with a remote team, and ready to hit the ground running. [we do not expect you to know everything and have do have trainings that will guide you] - but you do need to have a LOVE for working hard + working with a team

BONUS: You have experience with Slack, ClickUp, Asana, Kajabi, and Google suite! This is a plus, but not required. Team SU is more about work ethic & the willingness to grow with us versus direct experience!
